- $4.99/minute for me to make or receive any phone call while I'm in Tanzania! That is with their "international roaming" package! Needless to say, I will NOT be making or receiving any phone calls on my cell phone from April 11 - May 9 (except in case of emergency). I will also NOT be checking voice mail.
- FREE for me to receive text messages! Wooo hooo! So feel free to text me as often as you like. :-)
- $0.50/msg for me to send text messages. That's not terrible, but don't expect to see too many of them from me. If I don't respond to one of your texts, please don't be offended...I'm just unemployed.
- $1.30/msg for me to send picture messages. It's unlikely that I will be sending picture messages. My camera phone sucks anyway. I'll be using my regular camera as much as possible (and trying to upload pics to this blog when I can!).

I checked with AT&T (my cell company) to see about an international plan. Here's what I found....
